When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid on the 5th of each month via PayPal. There is a 90-day hold period on project commissions to account for cancellations. Points can be redeemed anytime once you hit the minimum threshold.
Do I need to be a past customer?
No. Anyone can join — realtors, contractors, HVAC techs, property managers, neighbors, or anyone who knows people who need insulation. You don't need to have used our services.
Is there a limit on referrals or earnings?
No cap. The more you refer, the higher your commission tier goes (Bronze 5% → Silver 7.5% → Gold 10%). Your earnings scale with your network.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Ada, Oklahoma City, Norman, Tulsa, Shawnee, McAlester, Durant, Ardmore, Stillwater, and surrounding areas within 120 miles of Ada, Oklahoma.
What if my referral is outside your service area?
We'll still give you credit if they're within our extended service range. If we can't serve them, we'll let you know.
